Marie Dionisi is a dean of Professional and Continuing Education at Rowan University and coordinator of its Winter and Summer Sessions for the Office of Graduate & Degree Completion Studies within the Rowan University Division of Global Learning and Partnerships. Marie is responsible for all activities related to graduate and degree completion studies. Marie graduated from Rowan University with a Ed.D and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a Minor in Psychology. She is married and the mother of three children. She also studies the Martial Art Tang Soo Do Moo Duk Kwan.
Shawn C. Seay graduated from Cumberland Regional High School and served in the United States Navy for five years, where he received Corpsman training, pharmacy technician training, and marine force training. He attended college and has an Associate’s Degree in Applied Sciences and is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration. He is employed as a pharmacy technician/buyer/purchasing administrator at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital. (HUP)
Linda Shaw is a retired educator and was employed by the Bridgeton Board of Education for 35 years. During her teaching tenure, she was an elementary teacher (26 years), Reading Recovery® teacher (2 years), and a facilitator (7 years). As a facilitator, she worked on the school’s budget, implemented and conducted professional development training for the staff, coached the teachers, arranged monthly educational, cultural, and enrichment programs for the students, and provided parental involvement activities, She graduated cum laude from Glassboro State College (now Rowan University) in 1971, and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and continued her education during her teaching career. As an educator, she has received many awards: NJ Governor’s Teacher Award for her school, Bridgeton’s Outstanding Educator, and Who’s Who Among Distinguished Women. For the past eighteen years, she has volunteered and managed All That Dance Studios. She has been married for 49 years and is the mother of two daughters.
Lynn Yamasaki is married and has three children. She graduated from Rowan University with a BA in Elementary Education and in Reading. and was an elementary education teacher at the Elizabeth Moore School (Upper Deerfield Board of Education) for 29 years and recently retired. She is now employed as a teacher at Woodland County Day School.
Noel Young is a Supervisor in the Strategic Business Unit for the Cumberland Insurance Group and will soon have a Business Management Degree. She is married and she's a proud parent of her two sons: Zachary and Ethan. She resides in Hopewell Township.
