Tuition rates are based on a 9 month schedule (September-May)
Monthly tuition is the same regardless of absences, snow days, or holidays.
There is no tuition payment charged for June.
Registration: To reserve a spot for your child, a non-refundable registration fee is $35.00 per family.
Preschool Class Fees: 3 year olds, 4/5 year olds, kindergarten class
Tuition: $54.00 a month or $486.00 for September to May (No tuition for June)
Costume: $70.00
Registration Fee: $35.00
Complete charge for the year: $591.00
Tuition for Garnet/Beginners to Advanced Levels:
1 class 30 minutes per week: $20.00 a month
1 class 45 minutes per week: $54.00 a month
1 class 60 minutes per week: $65.00 a month
2 classes per week: $89.00 a month
3 classes per week: $112.00 a month
4 classes per week: $135.00 a month
5 classes per week: $155.00 a month
6 or more classes per week (unlimited): $170.00 a month
Pointe class is an extra $20.00 a month and does not count as an extra class. (Unlimited fee includes Pointe class)
Family plan: Unlimited classes $250.00 a month (includes all classes except adult aerial yoga, pointe class, or company classes). It does not include private lessons or adult aerial yoga classes.
The tuition for the Adult Aerial Yoga is $20.00 per class. A discount card is available for Aerial Yoga classes...pay for 9 classes and the 10th class is free. Private Pilates on the Reformer is $40.00 for an hour.
Tuition discounts: If you have more than one child enrolled in the studio for dance classes, we offer a 5% family discount. This cannot be combined with other discounts.
If you would like to pay your child's tuition for the year, we offer a 5% discount, if the full payment is made by September 30th. If you refer a new student who enrolls between September - February, we offer a $15.00 credit in the following month.
September's tuition is due on the first day your child attends class. For October to May, tuition is due on the first day of each month. Tuition must be paid by the 10th of each month to avoid a $15.00 late fee. Any student, whose tuition is delinquent for two or more months. will not be able to attend classes in the subsequent month. To avoid late fees, you may pay online or set up automatic payments through your bank. There is a $25.00 service charge for NSF checks.
Tuition cannot be refunded without a physician's letter certifying ill health. Make-up classes are available in the event that your child misses a class due to a holiday, inclement weather, or illness. There are no refunds, credits, transfers, or extensions for missed classes.
Costume fee: $70.00 for child sizes (XSC-LC); $75.00 for XLC-adult sizes; $80.00 for 2XLA-3XLA). Costume fees ($30.00 per costume will be due on October 12th, November 16th, and the balance will be due on January 17th. All costume fees must be paid on or before January 17th. Costumes will be ordered on or before January 31st to ensure that they will arrive before the spring recital Costumes which are ordered after this date will incur a $10.00 shipping and handling fee and there is no guarantee that they will arrive before the recital. Students who are in multiple classes may need to purchase multiple costumes; however, we do try to limit multiple costumes by ordering two-in-one costumes or we will modify the costumes. All acounts must be paid in full by May 5th for your child to perform in the recital.
We will send reminders and updates to your email address. This will save the studio time, paper costs, postage, etc. Please ensure that we have your up-to-date email address. Please peruse our studio's Facebook and: website pages for up-to-date news, dates, and reminders.
Withdrawals: If a withdrawal is necessary, a completed withdrawal form must be returned. If you do not notify the office, your child's account will remain active and you will be responsible for payment. All students are expected to attend classes unless excused due to illness or other mitigating circumstances. Please call the studio, (856) 451-2233, if your child will be absent.
Each year we do a fall and spring fundraiser and the proceeds from your catalog sales will be added to your account. You can apply these funds to your child's costume fees, tuition, or ticket sales. (This fundraiser is optional).
